Nikolas professional background lies in Finance and IT. Since 2012 he held several national and international positions in Siemens assuming responsibilities in the area of global function re-organization, process optimization and IT implementation projects. In his current role he is globally responsible for the strategic development of Siemens Finance Shared Services including operating model design and innovation management with a strong focus on digitalization. Before Nikolas joined Siemens, he worked as a management consultant at KPMG in the domain of CFO & CIO advisory focusing on finance transformation, optimization and ERP carve-out. Nikolas holds a diploma in industrial engineering and management from the University of Karlsruhe.
